What's your fee structure?

Contingent: typically 22–28% of first-year base. Retained: same total fee structure, but split 1/3 upfront, 1/3 mid-search, 1/3 on placement. Embedded: monthly fee based on team size and scope, generally landing 40–60% below contingent on a per-hire basis when you're hiring at volume. Full pricing detail comes after the discovery call.

How fast can you start?

Within 48 hours of a discovery call for contingent and retained engagements. Embedded partnerships have a 1–2 week onboarding period where we get into your ATS, calibrate with hiring managers, and align on weekly metrics.

Do you work with early-stage SaaS and AI startups?

Yes — and frequently. Founding engineer and founding GTM searches are some of the most consequential hires you'll ever make, and we treat them that way. We'll discuss equity-heavy comp structures and adjust fees accordingly when needed.

What if we need a role you haven't recruited for before?

We'll tell you up front. Most modern tech roles fall within our network — but if you're hiring something genuinely novel (a brand-new agentic AI role, a niche regulatory specialist, etc.), we'll either decline cleanly or partner with a specialist firm we trust.

How is the embedded model different from RPO?

Traditional RPO is volume-first and often staffed by junior recruiters running scripted processes. Our embedded model is staffed by senior recruiters who could run their own searches — they just happen to be living inside your team for the engagement. Closer to a fractional Head of Talent than a body-shop RPO.
